Adlo Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Adlo, a personal expense tracking application operated by Dang Nguyen through Hello Dang. By using Adlo, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
Adlo is intended to help users track expenses, review imported expense-related information, manage budgets, monitor recurring purchases, and receive spending insights. You agree to use Adlo only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation of the service or the use of the service by others.
Accounts and Connected Services
Some features of Adlo may require you to connect third-party services such as Google Gmail. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for any activity that occurs through your use of Adlo.
You may revoke Adlo’s access to connected third-party accounts at any time through the applicable third-party provider.
Your Data
You retain responsibility for the information you submit to Adlo, including expense records, notes, household information, and connected account data made available through your authorized use of the service.
By using Adlo, you authorize us to process your data as necessary to provide the service, including expense organization, email import, recurring analysis, budgeting tools, and insight generation.
Household Features
If you create or join a household in Adlo, certain expenses and related household information may be visible to other household members according to the app’s sharing settings. You are responsible for using household features appropriately.
Private expenses are intended to remain private to the user who created them.
Recommendations, Offers, and Paid Features
Adlo may offer paid features, subscriptions, premium tools, or contextual recommendations related to recurring purchases, spend timing, or expense management.
Some recommendations may include affiliate links or similar commercial relationships, and Adlo may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.
Adlo does not sell personal information and does not use Gmail data for third-party advertising.

Service Availability and Accuracy
We aim to provide a helpful and reliable service, but Adlo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that imported or parsed information will always be complete or accurate, or that insights, projections, reminders, recommendations, or notifications will always be correct or appropriate for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing imported or suggested information before relying on it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to Adlo or related systems, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to Adlo if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service, users, or our rights.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Adlo at any time.
