Adlo Privacy Policy
Adlo is a personal expense tracking application operated by Dang Nguyen through Hello Dang.
Information We Collect
Adlo may collect and store information you provide directly, including account and profile information, expense details such as merchant, amount, date, category, notes, and related details, household and sharing information, and feedback you provide about insights or recommendations.
Adlo may also collect device and app usage information, push notification tokens, location-related information such as selected places or place matches associated with an expense, and parsed item-level expense details when available.
Google User Data
If you connect Google Gmail to Adlo, Adlo may access your Gmail data using read-only access in order to identify expense-related emails such as receipts, order confirmations, payment confirmations, refunds, bookings, or subscription notices. Adlo uses this information to extract and organize expense-related details for your review inside the app.
How We Use Information
We use your information to create, organize, and display expenses, import and parse expense-related information from Gmail when you choose to connect your account, support manual, receipt-based, and email-based expense tracking, power budgets, recurring expense tracking, trend analysis, projections, and personalized insights, support household sharing features, send reminders and notifications, and operate, secure, and improve the service.
Monetization and Recommendations
Adlo may offer paid features, subscriptions, premium tools, or contextual product and merchant recommendations related to expense tracking, recurring purchases, or spending insights.
Some recommendations may include affiliate links or similar commercial relationships, which means Adlo may earn a commission if you make a purchase through certain links.
Adlo does not sell your personal information and does not use your Gmail data for third-party advertising or ad-network-based personalized advertising.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Adlo may share information only in limited circumstances, such as with service providers or infrastructure providers that help operate the app, within your household where shared household expenses and related household data are visible to household members according to the app’s sharing settings, or when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the service.
Private expenses are intended to remain visible only to the user who created them, even when that user belongs to a household.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate Adlo, provide the service to you, maintain records associated with your account, and comply with legal obligations. If you want data removed, you can contact us using the information below.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may choose whether to connect Gmail to Adlo. You may disconnect Adlo’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings. You may also contact us to request information about your data or request deletion.
Children’s Privacy
Adlo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised version here.
